24 hours' notice isrequired if you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment or the fullcost of the treatment will be charged.

When making your firstappointment for a treatment, you will be asked to complete a Medispaquestionnaire. The questions will vary depending on which treatment youare having. In order to give you the maximum time with the Doctor, wedo this by telephone when making your appointment.
